Our mission is to end violence toward senior dogs by providing shelter, rehoming, rehabilitation, and rescue services to pets in need through community, caring, and compassion.
Our Mission
Everyone should experience the love of a shelter pet and see how they can change your life.

Our Goals

abandonment, neglect, life-threatening injuries, health
crises, and displacement, ensuring they receive the care
and support they need for recovery and a better quality
of life.
2. Recruit and train a team of volunteers and foster families to
ensure that our senior dogs receive the highest quality care.
3. Partner with and support local veterinarians and animal
experts to ensure that all pets leaving our care do so safely,
well-cared for, and prepared for a new life with loving families.
4. Build strong community partnerships to promote adoption,
education, and awareness about responsible pet ownership.
5. Expand our rescue efforts to include a no-kill sanctuary for
senior dogs in need of specialized rehabilitation care or
hospice.
6. Achieve financial stability by establishing a diverse and
sustainable fundraising program, securing grants, donations,
and community support ensuring sustainable funding for
veterinary care, supplies, and the well-being of every dog in
our care.
7. Engage in charitable projects that support families in need,
helping them continue to provide nourishment and a loving
home for their pets during difficult times.
Who We Are
EnVi Dog Rescue & Animal Sanctuary, founded in 2014 by Victoria Williams along with her husband Jon, began as a small pet care service with a big dream. Victoria's passion for animals and her desire to provide exceptional care laid the foundation for what has grown into a thriving non-profit organization. From humble beginnings in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, EnVi’s mission has always been about making a difference for animals in need.
Initially, Victoria's vision focused on pet care services, offering dog walking, boarding, and overnight sitting. With the support of her husband, family, and friends, EnVi Pet Care quickly gained a loyal client base. As demand grew, Victoria's passion for animal rescue deepened, prompting her to volunteer at local shelters and eventually work at a veterinary clinic, gaining the expertise to care for special needs and rehabilitative cases.
In 2016, EnVi Pet Care was honored with the “Best Dog Walking Service” award in Montgomery County and continued to thrive. By 2019, Victoria recognized the need to expand her impact and founded EnVi Dog Rescue & Animal Sanctuary. Despite challenges, including the setbacks of the COVID-19 pandemic, EnVi pivoted to serve the community by providing free dog supplies to those in need and keeping the business operational, ensuring no staff was laid off.
In 2020, EnVi officially became a 501(c)(3) non-profit, further solidifying our commitment to animal welfare. Our goal is to create a sanctuary for senior dogs and those needing medical attention, rehabilitation, or geriatric services. Through our Dog Rescue and Animal Sanctuary, we rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs while providing a safe space for those that may not be ready for adoption.
At EnVi, we believe every dog deserves a second chance. Our community-driven efforts focus on rehoming senior dogs in need and supporting foster families, all while advocating for responsible pet ownership and compassionate care.
Through the EnVi Dog Rescue & Animal Sanctuary Facebook page, we share stories of rescued dogs and keep our supporters informed about our rescue efforts and fundraising events.
We are driven by a deep love for animals and a commitment to making a lasting difference. With your support, we continue to rescue and give senior and special-needs dogs a loving, forever home.
